
I decided to put this picture as an artifact for my dance class, because in dance class we watched this movie.
Blind one-leg Stand is to improve balance, which is a skill-related component. This component is important because it improves your balance. Health-related fitness physical fitness primarily functional health. It includes five components; cardiovascular fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance.
I’m focusing in balance, which is a skill-related component. It relates to health related components but it focuses more on sport skills, which can have input health related fitness. It helps for example to improve your skills on sports or dance.
In the exercise I’m doing the balance component gets benefited because by the Blind One-leg Stand you improve this component. Even though this component related to health-related components, it’s very important to improve it. However it’s better to have good health-related components.
During the summer I’m going to try to maintain my health-related fitness by running (cardiovascular endurance), at least 3 days a week. I will also do some stretches to improve my flexibility. But overall I will try to be physically active.
